Dr. Minshad Ansari
is a successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in Bio protection technology development with a successful track record of developing and commercializing Bio-insecticides for horticulture, sports turf and forestry. Commercially astute with natural leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. Dr. Minshad has developed and commercialized a wide range of Bio-products for major insect pest control. He is working to Increase efficacy of bio-pesticides, smart formulations & delivery systems, and encouraging collaboration between the biocontrol industry and academia for novel innovation. He received his M.Sc. and PhD from Ghent University. He has more than 80 publications, patents, trademarks, know-how, and is recipient of several innovation, best products, and commercialization awards. He is CEO and founder of Bionema Limited and the World Bio-Protection Forum.

Dr. Mudassir Iqbal received his doctoral education at the Department of Forest Mycology and Plant Pathology, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, Sweden and his Master of Science in Nematology at Ghent University, Belgium. He has an MSc (Hons) in Plant Pathology and a BSc (Hons) in Agriculture from the Department of Plant Pathology, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, Pakistan. His research is mainly focused on fungal-fungal and fungal-nematode interactions in relation to plant pathology and biological disease control.
